Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow company policies, attendance guidelines, and safety guidelines while operating a forklift.
  • •Inspect the forklift each shift and perform safe loading/unloading operations.
  • •Pick orders, stage completed orders to be loaded, and understand shipping/loading requirements and customer special instructions.
  • •Move finished goods within the warehouse, perform cycle counts, and repackage damaged materials as needed.
  • •Maintain proper housekeeping, learn and use dc-LINK data collection functions, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Ability to read and write to complete required forms and verify quality products.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift safely and maintain a forklift operator license; able to mount/dismount unassisted multiple times per shift.
  • •Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days/nights for 12+ hour shifts, and work in varied temperatures (warm/humid/cool).
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted and follow PPE requirements (e.g., safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, face shield, gloves, face mask).
