Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct client conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations by referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting and managing internal and external centers of influence.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while consistently documenting calling efforts.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services (and competitive offerings) to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Support branch operations by opening personal and business accounts, assisting with teller transactions as needed, and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
