Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise a team of Operations and Maintenance Technicians performing corrective and predictive maintenance on plant systems and equipment.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment by inspecting job sites, reviewing procedures for hazards, conducting pre-job safety briefs, and enforcing safety rules.
  • •Prioritize environmental equipment and systems maintenance to ensure compliance with environmental permits and procedures.
  • •Coordinate with Operations Superintendent, Engineering, and Plant Manager to develop repair strategies and maintenance schedules; assign scheduled and emergency maintenance.
  • •Administer code of conduct and collective bargaining agreement, conduct performance reviews, manage maintenance budgets and capital improvement initiatives, and provide rotating standby/emergency response coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Maintenance or a related engineering discipline in a power plant, similar industrial process, or military service.
  • •Strong commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
  • •Strong technical background in power plant equipment, systems, and operations.
  • •Ability to use predictive maintenance techniques including thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasound, and tribology.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation maintenance procedures and practices.
