Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop transition plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for new or changed IT services moving into operational use.
  • •Oversee end-to-end service transitions in collaboration with Service Design and Architecture, sharing lessons learned feedback.
  • •Manage release cycles (major, minor, and emergency), ensuring releases meet business requirements and quality standards through testing and validation.
  • •Engage cross-functional teams and attend relevant Change, Release and Project Community of Practices (CoP).
  • •Identify and drive continuous improvement to transition and release processes, including implementing automation tools and frameworks while ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Transition and Release Management processes.
