Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures to mitigate incidents.
  • •Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, contractors, and stakeholders; foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  • •Monitor HSE performance metrics, deliver HSE training, coordinate with regulators/clients, and prepare HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in HSE.
  • •Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management principles, including risk assessment and management.
  • •Experience in construction practices and strong working knowledge of integrated management systems.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and relevant international/local HSE legislation.
  • •ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—plus education in engineering or OHS diplomas and HSE certifications.
