Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, develop, and operate scalable, efficient, dependable data pipelines.
  • •Deliver end-to-end data platforms including data architecture and ETL implementations.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to integrate data and improve end-to-end performance.
  • •Apply data governance, quality, and security best practices across the data estate.
  • •Tune and streamline data workflows to maximize reliability and throughput, including mentoring junior data engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on commercial experience with Azure cloud and services including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL Database, and Azure Databricks.
  • •Commercial experience with Databricks.
  • •Experience building and operating data solutions using Python and PySpark.
  • •Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data.
  • •Core data engineering practices including ETL, data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
