Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure delivery of recruitment activity aligned with global talent acquisition goals, KPIs, and service level agreements using data and insights to improve outcomes.
  • •Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver a positive, consistent, and inclusive hiring manager and candidate experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • •Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including social media strategies and international sourcing avenues.
  • •Implement proactive talent pipeline sourcing with hiring managers, track key talent in the market, and execute talent engagement plans for future needs.
  • •Complete required recruitment processes and documentation per policy and ensure background checks are completed before conditional or formal offers are released.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experienced and/or early careers hiring experience in a dynamic environment.
  • •Experience supporting hiring managers within insurance broking, professional services, or financial services industries.
  • •Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems, including iCIMS and Workday.
  • •Influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
