Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide complete desktop support to technology users across Taaleem schools.
  • •Respond to technology problems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • •Manage help desk requests and provide advice/support to diagnose issues.
  • •Manage iOS devices and iOS Server, supporting teacher and staff technical support needs.
