Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary APAC liaison for the Global Brand Protection team, supporting global initiatives and regional projects.
  • •Manage strategic relationships with relevant authorities (Customs, MSA, PSB, etc.), and online marketplaces in the region to facilitate successful risk analysis and enforcement.
  • •Take the lead in monitoring and responding to the unauthorized resale of ALO products on physical and online marketplaces including conducting investigations and initiating relevant civil and criminal actions.
  • •Provide regular enforcement updates and risk insights.
  • •Oversee vendor activity, ensuring data quality and protocol compliance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of full‑time experience in anti‑counterfeiting enforcement and brand protection.
  • •Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, including civil and criminal frameworks, trademark strategy, prosecution, and use requirements.
  • •Proven experience working with law enforcement, customs, investigators, agencies, and law firms.
  • •Familiarity with APAC online platforms and social media ecosystems.
  • •Fluent in English and effective in cross‑cultural, global team environments.
