Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as liaison between Finance and construction teams, partnering with regional Construction Controllers.
  • •Analyze construction budgets and spending, maintaining dashboards for cost, schedule, cashflow, and risk.
  • •Ensure accurate actual and forecast reporting and explain variances across construction projects.
  • •Partner with construction teams on baseline and forecasted cost development; validate estimates and improve forecast accuracy.
