Own end-to-end deployment for a portfolio of telli customers, leading complex, high-stakes implementations from signature to first production call. Build and tune voice agents, handle telephony and integrations, run user acceptance testing, and drive pilots to value as the company scales customers toward €10M ARR.

Key Responsibilities

•Own dedicated accounts during the pilot phase and drive commercial outcomes (pilot conversion rate and revenue).
•Manage pilot projects end-to-end, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and on track.
•Identify expansion opportunities and execute upsells during the pilot phase.
•Act as a trusted advisor to customers and help shape their AI strategies.
•Partner with engineering and customers to build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of conversations daily.

Key Requirements

•>1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., consulting, technology implementation, sales, or account management).
•Experience building workflows and AI agents, including prompt engineering, APIs, and integrations.
•Ability to scope, structure, and lead complex deployments end-to-end for large customers.
•Executive presence and ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including leadership.
•Excellent communication in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
