•Own the end-to-end US onboarding and offboarding process, including contract execution and I-9 verification.
•Coordinate US payroll data entry and benefits administration with external vendors to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
•Track visa statuses and coordinate with legal counsel for USCIS filings and renewals for international talent.
•Refine US-specific SOPs to scale operations and enable AI-ready processes.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based employees regarding payroll queries and policy clarifications.
