Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, testing and industrialization of Capteurs products, capturing client needs and structuring the technical development while identifying project risks.
•Coordinate with other disciplines to validate technical solutions and maturity milestones.
•Define the best product architecture (physical and functional) based on cost and product policy trade-offs.
•Design and realize an architecture that meets customer and internal decision-makers needs, including cost considerations.
•Interface with internal experts across Thales to resolve technically complex issues and ensure coherence with Design Authority and Business Line directives.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree or equivalent in engineering (Bac+5)
•Strong skills in mechatronics, automatic control, signal processing and control systems
•Proven product development experience, especially for inertial navigation products
•Ability to interface with cross-disciplinary teams and manage technical risks
•Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
