Key Responsibilities

  • •Process meat products for the consumer by stripping product from trees and placing it on the line in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain yield by executing tasks with minimal waste.
  • •Read schedules and calculate the correct tree count per product scheduled.
  • •Check product for non-conformances per product specification and inspect prior to placing on the conveyor or table.
  • •Qualify as a tree pusher through classroom training and on-the-job training.
