Job Summary

Configure and optimize the o9 Digital Brain platform for advanced retail planning use cases, translating retail business needs into demand forecasting, assortment planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and IBP/S&OP solutions. Build and extend data models and GraphCube structures, implement reference models with custom IBPL, procedures, plugins, widgets, roles, dashboards, and actions. Partner with retail and supply chain stakeholders throughout implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with retail and supply chain planners, stakeholders, and consultants to gather requirements, run workshops, and complete fit/gap analysis.
•Design and configure o9 platform solutions for retail planning, including demand planning, supply/inventory deployment, merchandise financial planning, and assortment planning.
•Develop and customize data models, hierarchies, entities, and GraphCube structures for planning use cases, what-if simulations, and exception-based workflows.
•Implement and extend o9 reference models using custom configurations and components such as IBPL select queries, procedures, plugins, widgets, roles, dashboards, and action buttons.
•Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live enhancements) and troubleshoot performance to maintain uptime and SLA compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years hands-on experience configuring and implementing the o9 Solutions platform.
•Retail industry experience (2+ years preferred) with retail planning systems and processes such as demand forecasting, assortment planning, inventory management, and/or merchandise financial planning.
•Strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics including seasonal planning, store/channel hierarchies, attribute-based planning, and multi-echelon inventory/replenishment.
•Experience supporting full lifecycle o9 implementations (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live) in retail or consumer goods environments.
•Technical proficiency with o9 tools and components including GraphCube modeling, IBPL queries, procedures, plugins, widgets, action buttons, roles, and reporting/dashboards.
