Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules across project stages including design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and contractor schedule integration.
  • •Partner with facility owners, global supply management, and site contractors to identify schedule pull-in opportunities.
  • •Evaluate and monitor schedule risks with contractors using Earned Value (S-curve) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) or similar approaches.
  • •Define and analyze project critical paths; produce reports and schedule indicators such as KPI metrics, float trends, and lookahead reports.
  • •Establish and adhere to schedule change control, validate schedule logic/duration/progress measures, consolidate management progress reports, and maintain historical data for planning and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in project management, engineering or similar function.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in scheduling and project planning, preferably with data center or high-tech semiconductor background.
  • •Proficient in Primavera P6 and strong schedule understanding.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction sequences for data center (CSA and MEP), able to challenge contractors’ timelines and advocate for efficient methods.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite; fluent spoken and written English.
