Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to development of global solutions enabling store and services sales through digital at retail channels.
  • •Own project roadmaps, define requirements, identify regional variances and dependencies, and coordinate UAT, launch activities, and post-mortems.
  • •Represent Digital Programs with stakeholders and partners; negotiate terms and SLAs based on operational impact and manage agreements as needed.
  • •Analyze data to perform impact analysis and recommend action plans across prioritization, development cycles, and market execution.
  • •Manage retrospective reviews of newly delivered projects against KPIs and communicate continuous improvement across the Digital Programs team, stakeholders, Product Management, and engineering.
