Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with preparing engineering drawings, plans, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
  • •Support the development and delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and technology projects.
  • •Assist with feasibility studies, site investigations, and surveys, and help prepare design information, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
  • •Help collect, analyze, and interpret technical, transport, and project data.
  • •Support technology systems and infrastructure planning, design, and implementation, including work related to public transport systems, telecommunications, control centres, and back-office systems.

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English.
  • •Three A-Levels (or equivalent, such as BTEC Level 3 in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related), including relevant technical or STEM subjects.
  • •Demonstrated interest in technology, engineering, transportation, or Intelligent Transport Systems, with a desire to build a career in the industry.
  • •Aptitude for technical subjects, engineering design, digital technologies, and problem-solving.
  • •Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail.
