Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction; define project goals, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • •Build the work logic including development and qualification approach in collaboration with the system technical leads; coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources; work with finance and procurement to secure materials.
  • •Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline with milestones; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Foster effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders; coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • •Space Mechanism project experience is essential
  • •6+ years experience in Project management
  • •Proven experience managing complex space exploration mechanism projects
  • •Strong technical background in spacecraft design and space systems engineering
