  • •Cultivate and manage deep, long-term client relationships as the central point of contact for wealth management.
  • •Drive organic growth by retaining and expanding current relationships and sourcing new relationships from internal and external sources.
  • •Develop customized wealth management strategies with a team of experts and coordinate specialists across services such as structuring, credit facilities, asset management, insurance, and tax.
  • •Create tailored meeting agendas and presentations with proactive advice and relationship timelines aligned to client short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
  • •Review banking, investment, and advisory needs, anticipate opportunities to enhance relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of new services while communicating emerging needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of industry experience, including significant relationship management and portfolio management experience.
  • •Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics); MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
  • •CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, or CFM preferred, and Series 7 and 63 required.
  • •Strong understanding of wealth management principles, including investment, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance.
  • •Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across audiences, with strong relationship management and high emotional intelligence.
