(Senior) Legal Counsel Litigation (m/w/d) 80 - 100% (Zürich, CH)

Lead claims litigation for Zurich Switzerland, handling disputes across industries and representing the company before courts and authorities. Manage UVG opposition and complaint proceedings, selected civil litigation cases, and advise on legal and technical claim matters. Coordinate with claims, underwriting, product development, and external law firms, support the development of internal doctrine, and contribute to digitization and automation of litigation processes.
