Key Responsibilities

  • •Set direction and roadmap for data import and export, explaining priorities and tradeoffs to engineers, PMs, and customers.
  • •Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers, including hiring, career development, feedback, and performance.
  • •Partner with tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
