Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all environmental matters for assigned project/yard/facility, including developing environmental requirements.
  • •Implement the Environment Management Plan (EMP) and support development of the project HSE strategy.
  • •Perform environment aspects and impacts analysis for all working sites, monitor environmental impacts, and identify risks.
  • •Develop adaptive management strategies to limit, reduce, and control negative and significant impacts.
  • •Recommend and support implementation of environmental enhancement tools and assist with tender/bidding documents for environmental and sustainability requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years total experience with 5 years on-job experience
  • •Knowledge of environmental management systems and standards, including chemistry fundamentals
  • •Knowledge of relevant legislation, consenting process, and local laws related to environmental control
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills), plus sustainability certification experience (e.g., IEMA, GSAS)
