Lead the Rapid Prototype Casting Lab (RPCL) Product Engineering team to develop and manufacture advanced castings for turbine engines, driving casting quality, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver lightweight, fuel-efficient engines. This onsite role emphasizes leadership, engineering excellence, and strategic project planning within Pratt & Whitney RTX operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and empower the RPCL Product Engineering team in casting development activities including part quality requirements, casting mold and tooling design, and work instructions.
•Advance continuous improvement and standardize engineering practices, processes, tools and methods across all RPCL products.
•Develop the product engineering team in critical skill sets for group success and manage team resources and assignments.
•Develop technical and project plans for new castings to meet all casting quality requirements and support RPCL Operations to meet program needs.
•Travel less than 10% to support program requirements and cross-site collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, manufacturing, or technically-related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
•Experience as a Product Engineer for aerospace castings
•U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
•Strong leadership and ability to develop skill sets critical for group success
•Experience supervising or leading an engineering/operations team (preferred)
