Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a platform power user and help customers achieve success with the Anomali platform.
  • •Drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity as the single accountable owner.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO-level stakeholders to translate technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
  • •Identify and surface expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships.
  • •Address customer technical requests by proactively identifying and resolving issues, partnering with Onboarding Engineers, Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
  • •5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS/technology environment.
  • •Proven experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and running QBRs/ERs connecting technical adoption to business outcomes.
  • •Experience across enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intel, with security architecture exposure including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • •Expertise with at least one SIEM product (Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight), including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
