Job Summary

Work overnight at the Coxsackie, NY distribution center, receiving and moving products accurately and safely. You’ll operate powered industrial equipment, use RF scanners and voice/labor management systems for daily tasks, and build/label/store pallets to maintain inventory integrity. Follow OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures and PPE requirements, keep the workspace clean, and communicate issues or improvements with your team.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
•Accurately receive, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
•Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
•Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
•Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety; keep the workspace clean and comply with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work overtime, including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
•Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
•Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
•Ability to safely perform physically demanding warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and repetitive movements.
•Willingness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems and commitment to regular, reliable attendance and safety/PPE compliance.
