Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform real-time monitoring of exchange activity, security feeds, and product safety data to detect market abuse and ensure fair price discovery.
  • •Monitor compliance with margin requirements and position limits, using surveillance tools and dashboards to flag anomalies and escalate concerns.
  • •Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions, and investigate potential rule violations.
  • •Prepare investigative reports with findings and recommended actions, including reports for the Chief Regulatory Officer.
  • •Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FINRA) and internal policies, and assist with regulatory inquiries and audits.

Key Requirements
