Job Summary

Support pre-sales and implementation integration between Amadeus systems and customer systems for the travel industry. Deliver demos, analyze customer business flows, and propose integration solutions. Provide functional support and problem resolution throughout integration projects, manage integration schedules, and report KPIs and feedback. Ensure serviceability requirements submission, perform final sign-off/certification for production implementation, and drive process improvements while transferring integration knowledge globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales organization with integration matters by running demos and analyzing customer business flows to propose integration solutions.
•Provide advice and functional support for integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, including problem resolution within integration projects.
•Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule and support integration during implementation projects.
•Submit serviceability requirements to Product Management and provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
•Perform final sign-off/certification prior to production implementation, and provide post-integration adoption support while identifying root causes of critical issues.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism, or equivalent.
•2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within the travel industry.
•Background in the travel/airline industry.
•Strong working knowledge of Amadeus products, solutions, and services (or comparable systems).
•Good understanding of XML structure and web services interfaces, plus experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
