VP, Warehouse Lending

Oversee the day-to-day execution of the bank’s Warehouse Lending portfolio, including daily funding activities, review and approval of funding requests, and collateral monitoring. Partner with credit administration, finance, treasury, operations, clients, and note custodians/take-out investors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loan servicing. Lead process improvements, ensure regulatory and policy adherence, and provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for junior team members.
