Job Summary

Ensure products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure products, processes, and systems meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations through quality planning and monitoring.
•Prevent defects using process improvement, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies across the product lifecycle.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze nonconformities, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective and preventive actions.
•Handle internal audits, follow up findings, and verify compliance via audits, testing, and ongoing monitoring.
•Create and manage SOP/WI and quality data; use Microsoft Office/Google Sheets for pivoting and data analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant major).
•1+ years of experience in manufacturing QE, QA, or QC.
•Knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and 7 QC tools (Fishbone, Pareto, Histogram).
•Experience handling internal audits and strictly following up on findings.
•Ability to create and manage SOP, WI, and quality data, with strong analytical capabilities.
