Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe store operations

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to move constantly throughout the store (sales floor and back of house) throughout a shift

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, safely climb up/down a ladder, and twist
