Key Responsibilities

•Own the full sales cycle—from inbound discovery to closing, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth handoff to client success.
•Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects to uncover pain and establish urgency.
•Position Magic products by becoming a true product expert and matching offerings to prospect needs.
•Maintain an active pipeline and drive deal velocity using HubSpot to track next steps and updates.
•Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops teams to set clients up for long-term success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of B2B sales experience (SMB/Mid-Market, U.S. or Canada), with a proven track record selling SaaS, subscription services, AI, or outsourcing to executive-level buyers.
•Thrived in high-volume inbound environments and treated every lead with tenacity and structure (outbound-like mindset).
•Consultative, relationship-first selling style that drives urgency, uncovers pain, and positions value across multiple stakeholders.
•Hungry, gritty, coachable, self-accountable, and ownership-driven mindset.
•Able to start on February 9, 2026 and align with US Eastern Time schedule (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET)
