Job Summary

Lead the design, optimization, and governance of Quote to Cash (Q2C) technology solutions, including order processing, sales quoting, billing, commissions flows, and AI-driven journeys. Define the Q2C roadmap, run fit-gap analyses and workshops, and act as an SME to ensure integration, compliance, and standardized global processes. Partner with Q2C leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable transformation programs and enable next-generation AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Quote to Cash roadmap aligned with business strategy, including end-to-end process design and global standardization.
•Lead Q2C solution ownership as a functional and architectural SME, including requirements sessions and governance of releases and feature adoption.
•Drive adoption of AI across Q2C modules by designing AI-driven workflows, guided journeys, and intelligent automation for end-to-end digital journeys.
•Partner with Q2C leadership, COEs, operations, IT, and global business teams as a trusted advisor on business strategy and transformation initiatives.
•Lead/support end-to-end Q2C programs (implementation, enhancements, upgrades), including global rollouts, integrations, change management, and continuous improvement.

Salary: 1,054,275 - 1,757,125

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) enterprise applications and business processes, including quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions.
•5+ years of experience in sales commissions architecture, implementation, and transformation programs (plan design, quota management, crediting, and payouts).
•Experience designing, implementing, and deploying enterprise solutions with strong implementation and light development/configuration/scripting/troubleshooting ability.
•Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills to present, document, and lead workshops and design sessions with business and technical audiences.
•Hands-on AI/agentic AI proficiency for business process automation, decision intelligence, and enterprise AI solution design.
