Job Summary

Define and lead secure-by-design security architecture for AI/ML systems across the full lifecycle—data, training, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring. Own threat modeling and hand-on control implementation for agent security, observability/telemetry, autonomous AI SOC workflows, governance, and compliance alignment (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, GDPR). Mentor engineers through reviews and architecture standards while delivering AI security tooling and runtime protections.

Key Responsibilities

•Define AI security reference architectures and secure-by-design patterns across AI/ML SDLC (design → build → run).
•Implement agent security controls including RBAC/least privilege, sandboxing/guardrails, and defenses for prompt injection, jailbreaking, and sensitive data leakage (DLP).
•Architect observability and monitoring standards for AI systems, including decision traceability, model drift/integrity monitoring, and logging/telemetry.
•Design AI SOC monitoring and automation workflows for LLM-driven alert triage, contextual correlation, and incident response/playbook automation for AI-specific events.
•Lead AI/ML threat modeling, assurance, and risk reduction; run security design reviews and integrate AI security testing approaches into delivery pipelines.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in cybersecurity architecture with proven experience securing large-scale LLM deployments and multi-agent workflows.
•Hands-on capability with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen, plus experience with MLOps platforms.
•Deep familiarity with model risk management principles and AI security standards.
•Ability to define strict RBAC/least-privilege access models for AI agents and implement input/output protections against prompt attacks and sensitive data leakage (DLP).
•Experience conducting AI/ML-specific threat modeling and translating findings into actionable backlogs with security design reviews.
