Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR advisor to the Brazil operations leader, supporting business strategy, decision-making, and organizational efficiency.
  • •Partner with local leadership to define and implement the country people strategy aligned to business growth priorities.
  • •Lead workforce planning, organizational planning, and talent management across Brazil, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
  • •Own employee relations strategy for Brazil, advising managers on performance management and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
  • •Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence to deploy and localize HR programs and drive engagement, retention, and change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •6–10+ years progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience in Brazil.
  • •Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR practices.
  • •Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders (Country Manager/Director level and above).
  • •Fluency in Portuguese and English, preferably Spanish as well.
