Modernize and evolve enterprise Identity and Access Management systems for Workday’s Enterprise Identity team. Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and scale enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and directory services.
•Define and implement IAM strategies across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using CBAC, RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC within Zero Trust and Zero Standing Privileges models.
•Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review workflows using CI/CD pipelines and scripting as part of “Identity as Code.”
•Provide technical mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers, establish engineering best practices, and lead incident response for identity-related issues.
•Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to align IAM practices with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, and provide SRE oversight of IAM services in the European Sovereign Cloud.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 84,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5+ years dedicated to IAM engineering and architecture.
•Hands-on expertise with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID) and PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Boundary), plus directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
•Experience managing AWS and GCP environments at scale, including EC2, EKS/GKE, AWS IAM, and GCP Cloud IAM.
•Expert-level understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
•Proficiency in scripting (GoLang, Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for identity workflow automation.
