Job Summary

Oversee extensive IT management operations for a large, complex enterprise area, including leading infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance plus client services support. Key Responsibilities

•Direct IT management for a large, complex enterprise or oversee a pivotal sub-function within an extensive business.
•Plan, design, execute, communicate, and deliver IT management undertakings within the defined scope.
•Direct infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance, including client services support.
•Establish functional business plans; set technical project/program objectives; ensure services/solutions align with business and IT objectives.
•Lead process improvement and policy development, manage stakeholder interactions, and perform talent management including recruitment and performance coaching.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 200,150 - 320,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in IT supervisory or related work.
•Experience leading infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance, including client services support.
•Ability to establish functional business plans and set technical project/program objectives aligned to business and IT priorities.
•Knowledge of agile delivery and technical/project/program management (including Scrum, project management).
