Automotive Body Shop Team Lead - 1st and 2nd Shifts

Lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center reconditioning environment, managing the safe movement of vehicles in and out while driving production, quality, and inventory goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates using quality control standards, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory.
