Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage installation, remedial repair, and scheduled preventive maintenance of multimedia and audiovisual systems, including video-editing equipment, projectors, screens, televisions, teleconferencing systems, and control systems.
  • •Oversee installation and maintenance of audio systems and related equipment, ensuring hardware failures are identified and corrective actions are coordinated.
  • •Ensure personnel use NASIC trouble-ticket tracking to document, track, manage, and account for all work performed; monitor daily event logs.
  • •Coordinate firmware/software updates, patches, and troubleshooting for televisions receiving/displaying base-provided cable television service.
  • •Provide customer-oriented technical support for printers, multifunction devices, plotters, 3D printers, flatbed scanners, and related peripherals; maintain architectural diagrams and produce monthly functional-area reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess and maintain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification as required by AFMAN 17-1303, DoD Directive 8140.01, and DoD 8570.01-M.
  • •Active TS/SCI.
  • •Ability to manage, direct, and oversee installation, remedial repair, and scheduled preventive hardware and software maintenance for multimedia and audiovisual systems.
  • •Ability to ensure assigned personnel properly use the NASIC trouble-ticket tracking system to document and manage work performed.
  • •Knowledge of firmware/software updates and patching for control systems and audiovisual switching/routing equipment.
