Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support part catalogue (CADENAS), cost control (LeanCost), virtual reality (Exxar), and cloud-based engineering applications on AWS (e.g., Aveva E3D, Tekla), ensuring service continuity and alignment with business needs.
  • •Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, licenses, interfaces, and availability; proactively address incidents, vulnerabilities, and service risks to meet SLA targets.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for end users, Engineering, Digital Technology, and external suppliers, coordinating support, issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
  • •Provide functional and technical user support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and document recurring problems and solutions.
  • •Drive tool lifecycle activities (upgrades, configuration changes, governance, data quality controls, access management, and compliance) and contribute to CAD automation development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, plus at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in complex organizations.
  • •Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Siemens NX, Creo, and SolidWorks.
  • •Knowledge of engineering processes for 3D catalogues, plants, detailed design, and virtual reality.
  • •Knowledge of cloud platform management and strong mechanical design fundamentals for turbomachinery components.
  • •Fluent English and Italian, with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
