Manage sales operations for the Nelson Stud Welding Commercial Sales team, including Salesforce.com (CRM) reporting and pipeline visibility, sales incentive plan tracking, and distribution inventory processes. Oversee pricing management and order entry policies, support market tracking and research, and assist with marketing activities, product launches, quoting, and configuration. Coordinate engineering change notification (ECN) activities and support product testing and design.

•Manage Salesforce.com (CRM) reporting of leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
•Track and report the Sales Incentive Plan and support sales operations performance.
•Administer distribution inventory management, including DRP setup and warehouse resupply processes.
•Own pricing management, including margin analysis, pricing approvals, price book, and customer-specific pricing.
•Assist with marketing and product launch support, quoting/configuration, and coordinate ECN processes and product testing/design.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience supporting a sales organization.
•Experience with Marketing Automation Systems with a record of demonstrated achievement.
•Experience with technology platforms such as Salesforce.com, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and database management (CAD systems are a plus).
•Strong project management skills and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
•Demonstrated solid analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to communicate across all business levels, including a 300+ field sales team.
