Job Summary

Lead hands-on business analysis for healthcare digital initiatives, bridging clinical and non-clinical objectives with technology solutions. You’ll partner with clinicians, patient-care stakeholders, and IT teams to capture workflows and journeys, translate needs into requirements and functional specifications, and guide solution design across EMR (InterSystems TrakCar), patient engagement, interoperability, and integrations. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with clinical, business, and technology leaders to translate healthcare priorities into digital solutions.
•Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis across clinical and patient journey workflows.
•Provide strategic direction during solution design to ensure business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
•Collaborate with testing teams on test plans/cases, support UAT, and assist with defect resolution.
•Mentor business analysts (contractors) and establish business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s in medicine, Pharmacy, or another clinical discipline.
•Minimum 8 years in Clinical Informatics or Application Management focused on delivering EMR applications.
•Preferred 10 years in a clinical role focused on delivering EMR (InterSystems TrakCar).
•Experience leading requirements engineering, business process analysis, and solution definition for healthcare IT initiatives.
•Ability to partner with clinicians and technology teams to translate clinical workflows and patient journeys into business requirements and functional specifications.
