Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer data center networks, application delivery, and network security environments through O&M, system integration/deployment, and solution development/design.
  • •Provide tier III SME support within the incident management process and troubleshoot complex network hardware/software problems.
  • •Evaluate new network technologies and recommend integration; develop and implement analysis/testing/support methodologies for LAN/WAN networks.
  • •Administer and maintain networks (hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations) and ensure integration with performance/availability management frameworks.
  • •Schedule/coordinate system changes, prepare technical proposals, develop SOPs/troubleshooting procedures, and manage network upgrades in line with existing architecture and customer standards.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI + Polygraph.
  • •10+ years of related experience, with several years focused specifically on data center networking and technologies.
  • •SME-level understanding of dynamic routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
  • •Professional/expert-level certifications (minimum CCNP, F5-CTS, or JNCIP; CCIE/F5-CSE/JNCIE preferred).
  • •Experience with data center technologies such as EVPN, VXLAN, Cisco vPC, ACI, and F5 load balancing (RSTP is a plus), plus familiarity with Cisco/F5/Juniper/Palo Alto hardware and operating systems.
