Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee infrastructure readiness, including mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain operational continuity.
  • •Monitor and report on site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in site or facilities management within industrial or data center projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and industrial safety standards.
  • •Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • •Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
