Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive ERP incidents from users via phone and email, dispatch them to the right support resource, and track progress.
  • •Handle user setup and access requests in ServiceNow.
  • •Monitor the system environment (job, message, EDI, MEC) as part of daily operations.
  • •Build knowledge and help resolve incidents in supply chain and service areas through collaboration.
  • •Document work and communicate effectively with support resources, external consultants, and cross-functional departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Good command of English and/or strong ambition to learn.
  • •Working experience with an ERP system, or a strong overall understanding of ERP.
  • •Knowledge of workflows/processes in production or logistics (supply chain, service).
  • •Experience in support/service desk is preferable, especially in ERP support.
  • •Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively, with documentation habits.
