Job Summary

Work with clients to design, implement, configure, and test Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You’ll identify requirements, evaluate and define IDAM designs, set up dev/test/prod environments, and oversee audits, documentation, and validation. Apply security standards to deliver Secure by Design and Zero Trust outcomes using platforms such as Microsoft Entra, AWS IAM, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and others.

Key Responsibilities

•Use IDAM and PAM expertise to support clients with design and implementation, including identifying requirements and evaluating client IDAM solutions.
•Define IDAM/PAM designs (high and low level), including user profiles, use cases, and IDAM/PAM processes, and coordinate implementation plans.
•Set up test, development, and production IDAM/PAM environments and perform technology implementation, configurations, and testing.
•Apply core competence and industry standards to review, validate, enable, or define client IDAM outcomes such as governance, certification/recertification, and access reviews.
•Oversee discovery and audits, and manage documentation, validation, assessment, and authorization; support integration with other GRC consultants and solution architects.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) and supporting client design/implementation activities.
•Strong knowledge of IDAM/PAM outcomes, including policies, processes, and risk/fraud and health-check activities.
•Experience with at least one of J2EE, Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, C#, or PL/SQL, plus working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Solaris, and Windows.
•Ability to support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production rollout.
•Ability to hold or be eligible for UK Gov Defence Vetting (SC) when working with Public Sector clients, plus relevant security/risk/compliance certifications.
