Key Responsibilities

•Operate forklift and packaging equipment to meet process specifications.
•Pull finished product, assemble orders, and prepare for shipment per policy and customer requests.
•Receive inbound materials, transfers to storage, and manage raw material inventory for production.
•Count, inspect, and verify materials; maintain records of shortages, damages, and discrepancies; use barcode scanning for inventory accuracy.
•Guide, train, and support new and temporary employees; maintain a safe and clean work area.
