Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents throughout all stages of delivery.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with external and internal stakeholders, including supporting scheduled updates on progress.
  • •Support field coordination between the general contractor, commissioning agent, and client; conduct field walks and punch walks with relevant teams.
  • •Support project closeout documentation and ensure QA/QC is followed, including reporting issues and performing engineering quality assurance/control reviews before submission.
  • •Prepare scheduled and ad hoc progress reports with KPIs; manage project information flow through meetings and written communications, including knowledge management and awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience with both design and site experience, plus strong mechanical knowledge.
  • •Experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects in one or more key markets such as data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy.
  • •Experience with Owner’s Representation and consultant-minded stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and client relationship management to maintain positive relations with stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; Project Management (or PMP) or related field.
