Manager, Product Development - Payment Authentication and Data Reporting

Lead product operations and development strategy for Mastercard’s Core Authentication product team, driving end-to-end delivery across the global authentication network. Own intake, prioritization, governance, and support models; set KPI frameworks and dashboard/reporting strategy for new builds and enhancements. Partner with analytics and engineering to ensure data quality and governance, monitor performance at scale, and translate customer needs into reporting and product capabilities in a regulated environment.
