Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze experimental process flows to find defect anomalies and help quarantine process tools that are out of control.
  • •Apply a continuous improvement mindset to improve operations and raise awareness of process anomalies for the right stakeholders.
  • •Use inline process signals to drive process improvements and help localize/identify process issues.
  • •Use inspection strategies and techniques to improve detection approaches and build or enhance methods using existing tools.
  • •Collaborate with engineers across process control, data science, yield analysis, and metrology to support Metrology and RDA operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
